Custom Group Trips

If you are overwhelmed by the thought of planning an adventure trip for your youth, relax! That's why we're here. We've listed out the basic steps in the process to make things seem a bit easier.
  1. Who Are You?
To bring focus to your trip, think about who your group is made up of and what type of activities will best suit them. Do they need the experience of being apart from what is comfortable and easy? Maybe this trip will be just for fun! If possible, talk to them about what they think and want. Keep in mind that because of logistics and impact on the wilderness, we will only take groups of thirty people, including all adults.
  2. Check into Your Schedule and Budget
How many days can the trip be? How much can each individual afford to spend? we will help you find a solution that fits your scheduling and financial needs.
  3. Call Cedar Springs and Ask for the Adventure Programs
We can give you some options, or you can tell us exactly what you want. We will write up some quotes based on your suggestions. Then we will continue making adjustments until the trip is just what you want.
  4. Sign a Contract
After we agree on the itinerary and price, we will send you a contract detailing the information. You will sign the contract and return it with a deposit and we will enter you into our calendar.
  5. Gather and Distribute Information
After your contract is in, we will send you packing lists, parent FAQs, and liability forms. Distribute these to each participant. They must have a signed (by a parent/guardian) release form to participate. You can bring these with you when you arrive on the trip.
  6. Pray and Get Excited
Begin thinking and praying over your expectations for the trip, as well as a possible spiritual focus. We can help you develop these ideas. Get the kids excited! Encourage them to bring friends-this can be a great outreach tool. Share your prayer requests with us-we will pray for you and your group in the weeks and days before we depart on our adventure.
